It can be used in the production of cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal castings. It has excellent fixed performance, high strength, good air permeability and easy demoulding. 3. Widely used in anti-corrosion engineering, construction, transportation, electronic appliances, adhesives, aerospace, flame retardant materials, grinding wheel manufacturing and other industries. 4. The core sand is easy to collapse and regenerate, which can reduce casting costs.

1. Liquid phenolic resin: yellow or dark red viscous transparent liquid, such as alkaline phenolic resin, which is mainly used as a casting binder. 2. Solid phenolic resin: yellow, transparent, amorphous lump material, reddish in color due to the presence of free phenol, easily soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water, and stable to water, weak acid, and weak alkali solutions. 3.
